Recently, I (along with many of my co-conspirators from the Main Line Writers) published an anthology called Unclaimed Baggage, Voices of the Main Line Writers Group. Our book signing was October 27th at an adorable store in the King of Prussia Mall called Nestology. We all went into it with varying degrees of expectation, from the very pessimistic to the wildly optimistic. In the end we sold out every copy, and had to order more. People ask me when they can get the book, I tell them soon. (In fact, it’s now available on Amazon.
Book signings are funny things. You get to talk to people who come because (in this case) they know an author, but also we had quite a few drop in because the signing was at the mall, and people were curious. When they saw the book was written by local authors, they wanted to buy a copy and be a part of the celebration. They wanted all of us to sign. it was great fun.
So for everyone who came and joined in the fun on Sunday, I say thank you. You certainly made my day. I hope you enjoy all the stories. There’s a wide variety in the book–humor, to literary fiction, to horror, to mysteries. Something for everyone.
